1. Where we ship

We primarily deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Any other destinations available will be shown at checkout.

2. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout and depend on the product and destination. Estimates are not guarantees; delays can occur due to carriers, customs or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we send the tracking details by email or message once your order is dispatched.

6. Customs and duties

Where an order is shipped from outside the UAE, customs duties or taxes may apply on import. Any such charges will be explained at checkout or on the product page.

7. Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

8. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact contact@zakarnah.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
